This Lodge is amazing……….such a beautiful setting, peaceful, great ambience as well as getting in touch with nature again. The rooms are again amazing beautifully decorated, spacious with large ensuite. Has a balcony to sit out on to enjoy the view of the Ranges.

A hidden paradise in Nitmiluk
We stayed for four nights and left with many precious memories from our visit. The location is perfect to explore Nitmiluk National Park and the Katherine Gorges.
On arrival we were welcomed by Charlie the resort Manager who was very helpful and was also able to assist us with the booking of our experiences. Not to be missed were sunset drinks and canapes with a Northern Territory taste experience. The continental breakfast which is included is a feast bounding with freshness. We ate dinner at the lodge on three nights – the food was so amazing and tantalized your taste buds – we experienced food prepared by Chef Sage on one night and Chef Timothy on the other two nights – each chef added their own creativity to the dishes served and were divine. Our room was immaculate and so comfortable -we loved waking to the sounds of the birds each morning and enjoying our first cup of coffee for the day out on our little balcony.
The staff at Cicada Lodge were exceptional, thoughtful and very helpful. Tom, Carlos, Liz and Helena certainly went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable.

Amazing
Absolutely loved our visit here. Beautiful setting right next to the gorge and immediate access into hiking into Nitmiluk national park. The rooms are large and luxurious but in keeping with the setting. Loved gathering by the pool every evening for cocktails and canapés. The dinner experience was delicious. Service was excellent…!! Thanks, can’t wait to come back again.
